Counselling & Psychotherapy
Integrative Counselling is a combined approach to therapy which integrates different elements of specific therapies. Rather than apply one particular form of therapy, I can combine various techniques to the treatment to meet your specific needs.
Integrative counselling supports the idea whereby a person’s perception is determined by a variety of factors; background, gender, culture, religion and so on. This is what makes us wonderfully unique.
Counselling and Psychotherapy is a learning-orientated process that is used to explore the past and present to learn more about yourself. This is an open-ended approach and after every 6 sessions, we review your progress and how we move forward. The session will last for 50 minutes where we can discuss your needs openly and without judgement. I look forward to hearing from you.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy aims to help couples to become more aware of the habits and fixed patterns that influence the relationship. Awareness brings choice, personal responsibility and resourcefulness. However, it can also be used by any two people wanting to improve their relationship.
Sessions are 70 to 90 minutes each.
